"very disappointed -- front desk couldn't find my reservation -- my "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke (especially the towels) & had 2 ashtrays -- telephone was grimy -- could hear talking next door -- Overall, my confidence that a Hampton Inn would always be clean, quiet, and "okay" was destroyed."
